SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Sol Crest ships worldwide, and shipping is free on every order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Transit after that takes 8 to 15 days, so most orders arrive within about three weeks of ordering. These are our supplier's estimates rather than guarantees, and customs or carrier delays can add to them.
You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as you buy, and a shipping confirmation when your parcel leaves the warehouse. If you need an update, email solcrest.shop@gmail.com with your order number.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
To start one, email solcrest.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will reply with return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the item is back with us and checked, we refund you to the original payment method within 5 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if it never arrives, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not pay return shipping in those cases.
We cannot accept returns on used devices for hygiene reasons, or on items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
